So... I know if you're under 21 (18 or over) you can be lead guest in a cabin if you're married. What if your family is really large and needs two cabins? Could a 19 year old be lead guest with siblings who are 18, 17, and 13?

AFAIK, the lead guest has to be 21 in order to have minors in the room with them.
I found this response on an older thread:
You can book a stateroom if you are 18 or older... however... minors UNDER 18 have to be booked into a stateroom with at least one adult who is either their parent, legal guardian, or over 21 years of age. http://www.disboards.com/threads/minimum-age-to-book.3233342/
