Is it possible to walk from Fantasia mini golf to the Boardwalk resort?

I've never tried it , but considering how far you walk in the parks, I would think you could. I think there is a sidewalk that runs between them.

Have fun. The mini golf course at Blizzard Beach is a lot of fun - I've tried that one!

Yep, it is! When we stayed at the Dolphin, we walked. It's not a far walk at all. From the BW, just walk over to the S/D and stay on the sidewalk near the Swan. You'll pass the Swan pool and then a playground, cross the stree, and you're at Fantasia Gardens.
