Mini Mister Fans at Walmart Right Now!

Was just at Walmart over the weekend, and they're carrying those great mini-mister-fans. They're about $3 each, and are located in the "fan" section of the store. (Ours were sort of hidden in an endcap that was facing a wall, so you had to sort of hunt for them.)

I love these fans! They're small (fit in the palm of your hand), inexpensive, can clip to a backpack or fanny pack using a carabiner clip, and work great. It's so much nicer to use these than the big, heavy, clunky mister fans (IMO, anyways!).

Better hurry...I got the last one at my closest WalMart Saturday, and I got another one today at a different WalMart and there is only one left there now.

I was very excited to get them, too. Last year we used the big ones, and they are just so cumbersome to drag around!

I hope others are able to find more of them!

How durable are these? We bought one at Old Navy this summer and it hardly worked. The first time we tried it we barely got it to turn, the second time if you pushed the blades when you turned it on it would spin, by the third time it wouldn't work at all We changed the batteries several times but never could get it to work. Since we weren't close to an ON we sent it to the trash and were out $5.

Very durable. I used mine every day of my 11-day trip last fall, and it lasted the whole trip (and still works!). Since they're so inexpensive (about $3), I bought a back-up to bring along, but didn't even need it!

They have both the full size and the mini ones at my WM. I'm seriously debating what to get because I have heard both good and bad things about the quality of these and I have heard quite a few people that have said the Disney ones are worth the price difference due to the better quality.
