We are leaving next month to come to the Fort. The magic your way says it includes one free round of mini golf. I know, at least I think there are 2 mini golf courses. Which one is the best and easiest to get to from the Fort? And how do we get there from the Fort? :hippie:

I like both of the mini golfs.

We just did the Fantasia Mini Gold this week. Take the bus for HS from the Outpost. Once at Hs walk to the boat to the Swan and Dolphin. Get off there and walk to the Fantasia Mini Golf. Took us about 30 minutes total and that was with us not knowing exactly which way from the S & D to go. We had a great time and it was so worth it.

One is across from the entrance to Disney Studios so you would follow the signs for it. Sort of in the direction of the Swan/Dolphin. It actually has 2 layouts there: one easy one harder. We've always taken the kids to the easy one and I think it's called Fantasia Gardens. It has lots of parking available.

The second is also a pair of courses over by Blizzard Beach so you would follow the signs for it. They have a "Christmas in Florida" theme. You actually go past the turn for BB and it should be the next left (it has a tiny parking lot that is seperate and not connected, if I recall, to the BB parking lot).

Sometimes they are crowded so you can call ahead to check on how busy they are or reserve a time. I don't have the numbers but I'm sure the CM's at the FW Checkin lobby area can give you the numbers.

Enjoy! We've done both but prefer the ones by BB.

We like the Winterland / Summerland mini the best, going during the day when Blizzard Beach is open is the only way using WDW transportation to get there that I know of. Take the BB bus and walk next door.

All 4 courses are fun, Fantasia greens, Fantasia fairways, Winterland & Summerland.

We take the bus to swan from DD then walk from swan. If I remember correct, the bus from swan to DD was a long wait.

BB bus for winter/summer

Have fun!

Is this the one that has the easier course for kiddies? (DS5, DD3). Do you have to go into HS to get the boat to swan/dolphin? :hippie:

W/S are both great fun for kids, Fantasia fairways may be to challanging but F Greens is kiddie friendly

Yes it is the easier one. When you get off the bus at HS walk towards the front gate a bit and then hang a right. The boat dock is right there. You'll see it when you get off the bus. When you get off the boat at S&D go left and walk by the pool and basketball court. There is a break in the bushes that goes to a sidewalk. Walk across street and you are at Fantasia Gardens. Go earlier in the day. We went on a Wednesday at 11am and still had about a 30 minute wait. I'm sure wait times could get longer.

thanks for the info. We are staying 7 days but only going to the parks for 2. So this will kill some time. :hippie:
