The Winter/Summerland is easier to get to than Fantasia Gardens (if you aren't going to drive). It's in the parking lot area of Blizzard Beach, so just hop on the bus to that location. Once you get off the buses you have to walk past where you would enter the water park; and just follow a sidewalk towards the courses...there should be a sign that says they're there.
Fantasia Gardens, i think, are much easier to drive to. You'll waste a lot of time bus hopping unless you are staying at the Swan, Dolphin, BC/YC, or BW. If you are staying at one of those resorts, then Fantasia Gardens is "across the street" from the Swan... next to the tennis courts. I tried parking there once and then walking to the Swan&dolphin for a ride to one of the other parks, and it was a total pain in the butt.
IMO Fantasia Garndens is a funner course and worth making a short drive to play!
