Mini fridge for dorm room ?

I was glad we didn't buy a fridge ahead of time for our son. Turns out his dorm limits in-room fridges to 2.0 cubic feet. I was even more surprised to find out each room came with a mini-fridge supplied. It would have been helpful to have a larger one so there would be a little freezer space, but that just doesn't happen at 2.0 cubic feet or smaller.

I totally missed that.

I wish I had seen this last year as we were trying to figure all this out though.

My son's room came with one that was a microwave fridge combo.
My daughter bought a smaller sized one that fit under her bed when it was lifted.
