All caught up. Looks like a fun day at MK with a CP bkfst. All the food for camp sounded reall yummy. I love the cake-going to try to do one for Cayley's bday. Glad you heard from the policeman-though I had to LOL. My house usually looks like a bomb went off.

Be sure to show us a picture of her cake, if you make it. It was a hot with th camp kids.

Top 3 from that list, hmm, definitely Splash and Big Thunder. Pirates and Haunted Mansion are tied for me. I will come and watch Hall of Presidents with you-I love it and so do my kids! I never saw the original Tiki Room but didn't care for the one that has been playing. I will give the refurbed one a try though!

Love the CP pictures! We had breakfast there this trip but not before park opening. We had pretty good character interaction this time, better than the last 2 times.

We already knew going into CP that if we did not see all the characters this time, it would be no big deal. We were there for the purpose of see Rapunzel and Flynn Ryder, so it was an 'eat and run' situation, and that was okay with us. It was Flynn's last day, so seeing him was the goal.

My 3 choices from the sign (if I just have to only pick 3) would be:

Haunted Mansion
Splash Mountain
Country Bear Jamboree (yes I know it's hokey, but I love it)

And you get to ride them all on your eight day trip!!!

I got a call from my police friend (whom I have never met, by the way) about my message. He has been off the last couple of days and had just gotten it. He said he was glad to help. He said he and his superior checked the house and decided that if we had a nuclear disaster, they were coming here, as I had plenty of food to last us a while.

Anyway, I feel all better now having explained in real conversation.

Well I don't have to go up to the attic to get my 100 acre wood fix.. they are all upstairs split between two rooms!!! I don't know if mine would think I had gone crazy but they would certainly think I was hoarding their stuffies!!!

And since I listen, and read, and DON'T cheat (except in the case of deck chairs on cruise ships... ) I will say POTC, HM, and Splash.

Hey, MeMom, Nolyn has that Bruce... he LOVES Bruce. We got that last summer, and he can't get enough of him. He earned the reward of bringing a stuffed friend from home to school with him one day (that was the reward certificate he got from his teacher) and he brought Bruce... He talks to him all the time!!!

OH, and I have to agree, with all those food supplies, that police officer was probably thinking an army lived in your house!! Clearly those guys were thinking of all the good eats they could get from the lady of the house, the next time they stopped by!!


Brooklynn's hair is ADORABLE!!!! I just saw tangled finally while at Vero Beach, free rentals at the little store in the resort, so you can't go wrong with that!! We saw Treasure Island, Aladdin, Tangled, and a few others... the boys had already seen Tangled (Matt took them) and all I can say is that I LOVE that horse!!! HE was tooo funny!!!!! Those expressions were priceless... I can't say I haven't made those same faces myself!!!!

How thoughtful! I will look forward to it. Stephanie sent me some TY beanie baby sea animals to go in the mix, too. The room should be a lot of fun when the kids come in on the first day.

I went to school today for a couple of hours. Mostly I just did some pre-work stuff. Took a load of stuff in, move the desks in order, put some books on the shelves, and got some roll paper to make some of my bulletin board stuff. I'm not going tomorrow, but several of us are going the next day. We'll probably work a few hours and then get a Subway together. I'm not ready to give up my summer, yet, so I have no plans to start going down there every day.

I am so not ready for summer to be over. We just got started!!! Next year, when my vacation is over in June, I will be stressing. I like to look forward to my trips all summer and then ride on the Disney high through the first weeks of the school year. We're just not sure when school is starting next year, so we had to go ahead and plan for June. The good thing about our choice is that we'll get to see some other DIS buddies.

I am using Bruce on my Math board. I think I'm going to put 'Sharpening our Math Skills' and have the plush Bruce and a foam cutout of one I enlarged.

I should have offered to make the officers some brownies.

After we left Crystal Palace, we went across the hub to Rapunzel's meet & greet. This was to be Flynn Ryder's last day. We wanted the pictures without a long wait.

We made it over and were second only behind a CM on her off day who was there to see Flynn's last day, too. She was already on the other side of the rope, which was being manned by this guy.

This fair lady was out for a morning walk, having come from the train, of course.

The big table was readied with coloring pages and crayons.

Brooklynn colored for a few minutes.

The girl in the background in blue was the CM who was waiting. She told us she works in Fantasyland, mostly at Pooh. We saw her another day working the Teacups when we rode them.

So sorry this nice fella had to go on a long journey later that day.

Then it was on to Brooklynn's new ride for this trip.

She calls it Space Mount-in, with emphasis on the in.

Bella and I hung out in the gift shop and arcade.

Three younger DIS kids and a grown-up DIS kid.

(Those are just the DIS names I happened to see.)

Actually, we have two Marcs around here, don't we?

I meant to get one of these pins after Brooklynn rode, but I never did. I'll have to do that in October, even though we probably won't ride it then.

Between 2 Disney trips back to back in May & June, a promotion at work, and moving I fell severely behind on the Geen Yight report. I just finished it today and I had a feeling there was was gonna a link to a new report at the end! haha

I cannot believe that I only had 10 pages to catch up on after being gone for a week! I had these visions of being about 4372638746 pages behind! But now I am all caught up and ready for more fun!

It looks like a great time has been had by all in the Magic Kingdom! Breakfast looked delicious and so did Flynn Rider! I am still praying they'll bring him back so I can see him in September. However, as long as I can see something Tangled-related I'll be happy!

MeMom - I'm glad to hear you survived camp and all of that tiger trouble! And that the police didn't find anything but a mess in the house. I think if that ever happened to me they would think a really unorganized ,Disney-obsessed hoarder lived there! (I don't know why, but I tend to keep things in re-useable shopping bags)

Things were great in Indy! Insanely hot so we didn't do much but I got to see the kiddos and the new baby and go to the children's museum and tour Colts stadium....and help my cousin and her husband plan a surprise Christmas trip with the kids! I called and did their reservations, made all of their ADRs, bibbidi-bobbidi-boutique appointments! They're gonna tell the kids at the airport (they'll be 5, 3, and about 6 months old at that point) It was hard to come home yesterday. If I can figure out how to get the photos off of my iPod I'll share them!

Oh! And for the 3 rides I choose Haunted Mansion, Pirates and Splash Mountain!

Great character photos! Loved the flowers in Brook's hair!! Ellie is so sad that Flynn is gone. We headed over there one day but the line was downright horrible so we decided to skip it. Then when I found out that Flynn was leaving I felt really bad. I did read that he may be around during MNSSHP so I am crossing my fingers we can find him then.

Naveen left a day or two after Flynn, I believe. I wonder why they are taking all the gents out?
