I would like to try this mineral makeup that I keep hearing about. What do I get to start?

do you use Bare Essentuals or Bare Minerals? Or are they the same?

I just got invited to an Arbonne Party, and they sell Mineral Powder Foundation - is it the same stuff?

Please help this newbie! i have extremely oily skin, and would love a makeup that doens't SLIDE down my face!

Thanks!

I believe Bare Minerals is the name of the makeup and Bare Essentials is the name of the company that makes it. I haven't used it but have always wanted to try it out. Someone on another board I frequent posted about
everydayminerals.com They will send you small sample sizes to try out, just just have to pay shipping. I ordered the samples, you get 3 foundations, 1 blush and 1 concealer, and the shipping was $3.00. I thought it was better then shelling out $69 for the other in case I didn't like it.

I use Bare Minerals and love it. I also use Philosophy's version called Supernatural foundation, like that also. I would recommend either.

What I know about Arbonne is that it is expensive and they will try to get you to sell the stuff, become a consultant.

I started using Bare Minerals last summer and liked it, but I didn't like the price. I switched to Everyday Minerals and I like that just as well. I bought it through ebay. There were a few threads about mineral make-up in the "Disney Tips" section last summer. If you do a search, you should be able to find them, if you're interested.
