I dont know how to copy links on my tablet, but someone posted a video on you tube showing the Mine Train on fire about 35 minutes ago. If this is a hoax, I apologize. If not, I hope nobody was hurt

This is NOT a hoax. We have a family friend cast member giving us the play by play as we speak. Rumor has it that the fireworks caused it (but this part is not confirmed)

Just texted with a friend who is at MK and she said the ride is back on line and the wait is 90 minutes! She said CMs said the damage was only cosmetic. Thank goodness!

I think your friend is wrong. Several locations including Easy WDW show it as being unavailable.

There is no way Disney would reopen a ride after putting out a fire. They would have to inspect it, repair any damage even if it is cosmetic and test the ride and its safety systems.

According to the Orlando Sentinel it is up and running.

I could be wrong, but the Instagram I saw seemed to be shrubs or greenery that had caught fire from the fireworks and not the attraction itself.
