Hi Millipie, Don't know if your remember, but I contacted you last summer ago asking permission for Judy to incorporate your image on a cruise logo that she was helping to do for a Feasting on the Fantasy 2012 meet thread -- it turned out great -- and everyone is pleased! Thank you for letting us use that green turkey design for our Thanksgiving cruise next year.
A little while ago I posted on this board a request to have anyone design another cruise logo for an Alaska cruise meet thread. I had seen a really cool logo done for an Alaska cruise this past summer and was hoping maybe someone would know how to do something kind of like it for our meet thread's 2012 Alaska Cruise.
Well, no one has gotten in touch and it has been a few weeks -- it is a super busy time of the year and I completely understand! -- so I then went looking around through your shared files because you are so talented and giving to everyone here. I came across the Fab4Alaskapreserver2.jpg one and I'm thinking that it might make for a great logo image -- it has the fab 4, the image of the ship on the right side, and a whale breeching in the water on the left side. So... I'm wondering if you'd mind putting our meet thread name on the life preserver. I know you are busy with sundry things, so if this is something you can't do, I completely understand.
If you can do it, though, we'd like the white space that goes around the top of the life preserver to say "Midnight Sun Mouseketeers" and the white space at the bottom of the preserver to say "August 2012"
The cruise isn't until August so we aren't in a huge hurry. We would be using it as our cruise thread logo and plan on using it for people to put on shirts, door magnets, stuff like that and no one plans on doing anything for a profit, just for our personal cruise use! I would also like to add it to my post one on that meet thread as a way to attract other cruisers to our discussion thread.
