Military Ticket Question?

For our upcoming trip we're using 8 Day Military Stars and Stripes Tickets. We're considered off property because we'll be staying at Shades of Green for our trip. When I went to book my Fastpasses I was only able to book 7 days worth. I called WDW and was told that for longer stays that are off property I can only book 7 days of Fastpasses at a time. I knew this was the case when we had annual passes. Is this for all longer tickets or just Military ones?
