Military Discount Help Needed, Please!

We are re-arranging our next vacation to land on 9/1-9/8 so that we can take advantage of the Military Discount being offered. We have the price of our resort and dining plan, but the gentlemen in reservations explained we would have to purchase tickets on base to get the military discount. My question is where on base does one go for this? What information will need to be provided to receive them? Just let them know we need a 6-day base ticket and how many adults and children, right?

So, I'm looking to find out where to go on base (I understand every base is different, but some rought idea would be great! Specifically, Ft. Campbell is the base these will be purchased at by my father-in-law)? And will I need anything more than # of days, # of adults/children? Thanks in advance!!

Do you know if he will need anything else once in the office- can he pay by debit card, or cash only? Thank You!!

He will need his military ID ... he is retired or active. Our Marine base will take cash, check or credit card (debit or other)

If he is buying the military tickets - they are 4 day park hoppers and are $138. You cannot add days to the tickets. They are the same price for adults and children. Also your FIL will have to activate them with his military ID when he gets to WDW prior to their first use.

You can buy the military tix at WDW (you will pay tax) or Shades of Green (no tax).

goofyredraider .. They don't have to get the special tickets as you are talking about even though you are correct that someone in the party has to have a military id to activate the tickets They can buy the normal tickets that the ITT office sells

I was going down for 14 days & my ITT office said it was cheaper to buy the 14 days PH but I had to get them at the Shades of Greens, though we were given an AP by our son for our anniversary this past June.
