Four months ago I ordered a gift certificate. I've emailed them a few times since and they've just said to continue waiting. I emailed again today and have now been told that the points have been returned to my account. My order had taken longer than usual.
What do I do now???? I'm worried that if I just re-order the same item, I'll just get the same run around. Yet, as a Canadian, I don't have other options (other than ordering a $25 gc from gc.ca).
Any ideas??
