Milesource Jumbo Gets - Does it always take this long?

Hello all - glad I found this site it's great.

I'm new to this (since the beg of April) and I have been burned already by freeride and etour.

I am not giving up on Milesource....yet. I have a little over 2,000 points and I'm aiming for 3,500.

My dilemma is that I have around 15 Jumbo gets that are over a month old that I have not gotten credit for.

I sent Milesource the informaiton - even e-mails from some of the companys.

Thier reply was they were sorry for the delay and would credit my account as soon as the sponsors report it.

The sponsors are no help either...telling me to take it up with Milesource.

I am getting frustrated.

Any advice?
 
I've had the same experience with the Jumbo gets at Milesource. I only do "Click Fix" and trivia since I only get credit for half the "jumbo gets" I do.
 
I signed up for 26 'Jumbo Gets', I was SLOWLY credited for 6. When I e-mailed them they took their sweet time in getting back to me, and told me to just be patient---it seemed like a form letter. I never did get credit for the 20 Jumbo Gets. Now, 5 months later, I ONLY do click fix. Don't bother shopping through their site either- you won't be credited, and when you ask about it, they want a receipt etc... not worth the trouble! Really, the click fix isn't a bad deal, and I have no problem getting my Supercerts............:D

I just e-mailed them a strong letter. We'll see if it works.

I pointed out that I sent them confirmation letters from some of the sights and that is all they should need.
I wanted credit immediately ect.

I also pointed out the demise of other programs and that perhaps they should strive to keep the patrons they have if they want to stay in business.

We will see if it does any good. They owe me 260 points!
 

I hope you have better luck than I did! I wrote them an e-mail, and mentioned that I know of 'certain' message boards that discuss the pitfalls of each reward program- they never responded at all to that one. My feeling is that either they are NOT very well run at all...or they just don't care. I am phasing out of Milesource, just on principle (I don't like being promised things that you never receive) I'm currently looking for other rewards programs- anyone have a favorite??? Please let me know the response you get, I'd be interested in what they say!:rolleyes:
