milesource cashout question

it has been a while since i cashed out here. i tried to cash out the other day. i cant tell if it went through or not. the points are still in my account when i log on. and i have never seen a confirmation that it went through. it said to confirm the transaction and when i hit the continue button it takes me to the home page. is this normal? did it go through or do i need to do it again?

My DH is having the same problem. He has written to MS 3 times. Tried the link they provided. Tried using another browser. Even tried cashing out using a friend's computer. He's had no luck at all. MileSource says that they can't cashout for him so the points are just sitting there.

Seems like there are alot of problems with Milesource lately.

I for one have had trouble getting my points credited after clicking on the sites! I have lost close to 50 points in the last several days that haven't registered. How frustrating when you finally get enough points, and then you can't even cash out!!

Try again in a few days. Maybe they are having 'technical difficulties.'

thank you guys! i will keep trying every couple of days or so. i have enough for a $50 gift certificate and want it for christmas. i have plenty of time before my next disney trip!
