Miles From Tomorrowland?

Just wondering if anyone has heard anything about Miles coming to any of the parks? DD and DS are convinced he'll be in Tomorrowland when we go this August (despite my warnings that he might be off on a "mission"...) It would be awesome if he was added to the H&V breakfast... but I know better than to hold my breath!

I think Disney will try to distance themselves from anything regarding the disaster that is Tomorrowland.

He isn't in the parks now, and I haven't heard anything about that being a possibility.

There is a pretty decent amount of merch in the Space Mountain gift shop (as well as a few other shops that carry Disney Jr stuff) but that's about it

Ha! This is funny Robo because I guess you wouldn't know the difference unless you live in the Disney Jr. world like I do these days! The cartoon family even works for the Tomorrowland Transit Authority!

I liked Tomorrowland, but it certainly isn't one of Disney's best films. I am VERY much hoping that Inside Out WILL be. The previews certainly look good!

Shame, that 140 million could of a built a nice E-Ticket ride that would of actually made them money in the long run. Instead they venture into dubious movie plots when they have a solid consistent line up. They just hit it out of the park with age of Ultron, Inside Out is getting FANTASTIC reviews, the sequel to Frozen is in the works which is sure to make them at least half a billion even if its mediocre. With of course Star Wars coming in December (please don’t screw this this up Disney “J.J. Abrams your my only hope”) which could be colossal.

I'm really hoping they replace Handy Manny with Miles at H&V. And I'm hoping it happens before my trip in December since I already have my lunch adr there. My dd loves the Miles show on dis jr and Handy Manny I think is only on re-runs now, I rarely see that on anymore.

They play "Grim Grinning Ghosts" in Inside Out. That there makes it a winner

I was wondering this too as my son (just from the commercials) fell in love with Miles from Tomorrowland and loved it even more after watching the show.

Seems like a perfect (better than Buzz, Stitch, Monsters inc) fit to Tomorrowland in MK because of all the references to the TTA .. which means we probably won't see anything heh. Maybe they would re-do Space Mountain to have some Miles references?

We have reservations to the Hollywood & Vine character meal in August .. I too hope he has an appearance there. He seems like a much better fit than Handy Manny .. I never see that show on the Disney Junior schedule anymore. My son and nieces won't even know who he is.

I mean .. Sofia became part of that meal only a year after her show aired? So I guess it is still early for Miles.

This is it, exactly!! Miles is such a fan favorite at my house, and the kids have even said how "blastastic" it will be to meet him. Keeping my fingers crossed that he shows up - either at Hollywood & Vine or in Tomorrowland, but I guess I'll continue to downplay their hopes, just in case.

Agree completely that it is a perfect fit for updating Tomorrowland while keeping it feeling sort of nostalgic-- I actually thought it was sort of designed that way on purpose -- right alongside something (anything?) from Meet the Robinsons, but apparently that's why I'm NOT an imagineer...
