Miki was so nice on Sept 9. While one of the other Guest Service people walked past me and took guest behind me and ignored me. As soon as she opened up she came up to me, asked what I needed and told me to wait right there and got me the interpreter schedule. Then we had a great conversation about our 2 sign languages and how she wanted to learn ASL to add to the Japanese Sign Language she already knows. Arigato Miki.
