Mike Wazowski Mickey Head- HELP!

I know I've seen this somewhere, but was up until 2am last night fighting to find/make it myself and it's making me crazy. Just where the whole thing is Mike green with his big eye in the middle.

I am learning to do my own name fills b/c there are 14 of us and I have major guilt asking for that much personalization from anyone, and trying to learn to do this Mike mickey head is pushing me over the edge Sooooo, if anyone could assist me with this, I'd be eternally grateful!! TIA!!
