Mighty Ducks Hotel

How can I reserve a room at the All Star Movie Resort in the Mighty Duck Wing. I have reservation already for that hotel but how can I make sure I get this room in late Sept early October

hello eeyorefreak25- There is no way to make sure you get the bldg. you want (Mighty Ducks), but at check in you can request the bldg. If you will take "any" room in that bldg. they should be able to help you. You can take another room in another bldg. and tell the front desk you want to move into the next open room in Mighty Ducks bldg. We did that last Jan. and we were moved into our bldg. choice. Be persistant at the front desk, although they'd rather not allow you to move, they'll accomodate you if you show you will not do without.

I've always called CRO (if that's who you made your ressie thru)and have asked them to note on my ressie that I would "prefer such and such however I know it can't be guaranteed". This has always worked for me and I make sure I'm very friendly on the phone. I once again state my preference at check-in.
