We live about 3000 miles from DL. We just got back from a 11 day vacation earlier this month. We got APs when we went.

The other day I was told that my paternal family is planning a family reunion in Vegas in about 6 months (plans still being worked on) for 4-5 days. DH wants to go to the family reunion. I then slyly brought up that we have APs DL/CA and would not be that far away. He said yes. I am so excited. Now to get the reunion plans worked on and hope that it does actually happen. So far everybody asked if they would go to the reunion has said yes. But we know how people will say yes but then not actually go. We'll see.

Funny how APs seem to work like little Disneyland magnets. . .

Got one myself a couple of weeks ago and am already scoping out client engagements based on their proximity to Anaheim (we live in Dallas). LOL!

Too funny - we're looking at WDW APs - and I know that's why my DH is trying to talk me out of them. He can (accurately) see into the future on those..... "But if we go for just one more trip - think how much we saved on these!!!!!" Not good......$$$$$$$$$$$
I do hope the trip works out! Las Vegas is so close - it would be easy to fit it in there! Crossing my fingers for you!

They are now argueing about the date. So I think this maybe a trip that will not happen.
When it was discussed, everybody said they were in. Now they have excuses why they may not go. When asked why did you say you would go, they said they thought that is what the person wanted to hear. HUH?!? Oh well, maybe we will just have to go to WDW in the springe instead.
