Mid-Feb. Trip

Excited about my first trip to Disney since '81 as a kid!! We're taking 6 y.o. daughter and 3 y.o. son mid Feb. (15-19). Any thoughts on crowds, weather, etc... We're staying at the Polynesian and we are sooo excited!!
