In 12 cruises, I've never seen one. Never actually asked though.

When we cruised last january, we wanted to heat some baby food on the first day and we were told that there was only one microwave for the whole ship! The server had to ask the head server permission to use it. The other meals, we used hot water and put our baby food jars in it. I wished I would have brought one of those baby plate you can put hot water in.
