I just started back to WW after hitting another all-time high weight. I know how to do points, etc. and walked 1.6 miles on Monday (I know, only once this week? But after months of no activity I'll take what I can get).
My question is this--I had some microwave popcorn my kids brought home as a reward from school. When I tried to figure the points, the label info just threw me for a loop. There were two different ways to figure--one was "2 TBSP unpopped--160 calories". One was "one cup popped--35 calories". Obviously that makes a big difference, but who the heck eats unpopped popcorn? I ended up splitting the difference to figure out the poins, but just wondering if anyone else has seen something like this. It was Act II popcorn.

Hi, I do WW also. Figure out how many points per cup and then figure the
cups per bag. It should list how many cups of popped per bag. Hope this helps. Cindy

Just checked the box again. Jolly Time Healthy Pop.

1 cup popped 20 calories. 0 grams fat. 1 gram of fiber.

1 cup shows up as 0 points on the slide rule. I multiplied all above by
4. ( 80 cal. 0 fat. 4 fiber and came up with 1 point per 4 cups popped)

Bag contains 12.5 cups popped so I figure 3-4 points if you eat the
entire bag!!!!

Hope this helps....Cindy

My leader said any of the 94% fat free popcorn - full size bags - are 2 pts for the whole thing. She is a big popcorn eater.

I also do the 94% FF popcorn. I can't eat the fullsize bag, so I buy the snack size which is only 1 point and perfect for me. You have to be careful about the "low fat" ones since they are actually more points. Make sure to read labels.
