I just started back to WW after hitting another all-time high weight. I know how to do points, etc. and walked 1.6 miles on Monday (I know, only once this week? But after months of no activity I'll take what I can get).
My question is this--I had some microwave popcorn my kids brought home as a reward from school. When I tried to figure the points, the label info just threw me for a loop. There were two different ways to figure--one was "2 TBSP unpopped--160 calories". One was "one cup popped--35 calories". Obviously that makes a big difference, but who the heck eats unpopped popcorn? I ended up splitting the difference to figure out the poins, but just wondering if anyone else has seen something like this. It was Act II popcorn.
