Microwave in rooms?

DH and I spent a wonderful long weekend at HRH this September. We had a great time and think our youngest will finally be tall enough to ride Hulk next year, so we are planning our first family trip to Universal next fall. We were discussing the onsite hotels and we remember we had a microwave in our room at HRH, but we want to know if there is one in the rooms at PBH or RPH.

Believe it or not, this will end up determining where we have to stay. We have a child with autism who eats only like eight or nine different things, and we have to be prepared to heat up something for her in the room. I appreciate the help.

It's an extra fee to have a microwave. A year ago the fee was $15 a night.
If you had a microwave in your HRH room and were not charged for it, then you got lucky and it was left from the previous guests and the front desk didn't catch it.

Wow, I'm glad I asked. I would have been shocked if I checked in to HRH next November and did not have the microwave. Can I reserve it when making my reservations or do I have to request it at check in? Do all three hotels have this option or just HRH? Sorry to be a pest.

You can also get a small fridge for extra. I took a collapsible cooler for drinks, milk, lunch meat for sandwiches, etc. and filled with ice nightly.
