sorry to just jump in with my own question...can you have reservations at crt on the days of the party or do I need to make it on a day without the Christmas party?

You are able to make a reservation at CRT on the day of the party, but the last available time will likely be around 6:30 - I tried to get an ADR at the Plaza on the day we're going to the party & couldn't get any times past 6:25.

It snows for free at HS every night during Osborne lights and after the parties end in Dec, it also snows for free on Main St.

It has been snowing there for years. It doesn't run nonstop, just during the show part so at least once or twice an hour.

Honestly, It was worth the $$$. They do make everyone leave the park first before they re-open to MVMCP.

I've only done MNSSHP and if MVMCP is operated like that, then this statement isn't really true. CMs begin to usher "non party" guests out at 7pm, and are fairly pushy about it, but there's an overlap at least at the start of the party. Party guests aren't waiting to get in until the park is cleared out...

We are just two adults and thought MNSSHP was cute but wouldn't do it again. We are doing MVMCP for the first time in November. Our theory is that we will try it once to say we did it. However, in our case since its just two of us, the cost is significantly less.

That hasn't been the case for years. Non-party goers can stay in the parks until 7:00, and people with party tickets can start entering at 4:00. (If you have a party ticket but want to enter before 4:00, there are places in the park where you can get the wristbands.)

You'll enter the park using your party tickets. Just a little ways beyond the turnstiles, there will be CMs checking your party tickets and they will place the wristband on you.
