Dose anyone know what time the fireworks and/or parades are during the MVMCP?

What about the Osborne lights? What time do they open and close? Any tips on seeing these?

Thanks everyone!!

on December 2nd! Hope we can stay awake, as we leave for the world on a 7 am flite that morning. This trip has earned the name "Marys' Very Mickey Christmas Trip" as we both are named Mary and our intent is to do Disney "Christmas" style! Our tickets for the Candlelight Processional are for Sunday, December 5th...want to see Jim Cavezial! Hope we meet a few Diser's there!

We have advanced tickets, and we also have 5:30 res at CP. Do we have to go to town hall to get a wrist band or something? If so, do we do this before we go to CP for our dinner?:earsboy: :smooth:

I have seen CM's inside the park handing out bracelets, if you enter the park after 4 you will get one when you use your party ticket to get in, if you are already in the park, you should see them all around handing out the wristbands, you just have to show your ticket.

I hope this hasn't changed, this is the way they did it the last few years I have gone to the party.

Thanks!

We have a 5:30 PS for LTT before MVMCP. Any chance there would be a CM in front, or in the vicinity of the restaurant? :sunny:

We always have 5:30 PS's for LTT and have always seen them en route.

We will be there 12/7 for our 9th year in a row!
Ah, the joys of living 2 hours from our beloved WDW!

I have a question. I read on another board how you can enter MK with just a ticket for Mickeys Halloween party therefore saving you from buying a day of a parkhopper if you enter after 4pm. I am interested to know if this applies to MVMCP also.As i would just buy a 4 day park hopper if this was the case.

Is the MVMCP something my DS (11) would enjoy or is it geared to younger children??

Thank you for the advise.

When you enter MK with just a ticket for MVMCP do they keep your ticket or do you just swipe it like a regular PHP and get to keep it? I am hoping that you get to keep it so that my DGD can put them in her scrap book. We will be there 12/7 and I can hardly wait. I believe that I am acting more like a child about this trip than my DGD. Gosh! I love it. Disney is the only place on earth that you get your childhood back, even if it's only in your mind.::yes::

WOW! Look at that countdown; getting closer and closer. Yep Yep Yep!

Hey for what we are paying for these tickets I am going to say that we better get to keep them. They are nice souviners.

ATTENTION ALL 12/17 MVMCP ATTENDEES: come on over to the 12/17 Roll Call. Our goal is to get all 20,000 attendees to sign-in (well maybe not quite that many).

When the date gets closer we will schedule a Dis Meet.

12/17 MVMCP Roll Call

Not sure of the answer, but I would imagine we can keep them. At least I hope so!! I, too, want to stick them in our scrapbook!

You will get to keep them ;)

Yes, you get to keep you tickets and you will have to show them again when you get your souvenir photo taken.

I haven't had a chance to read through all these posts to see if my questions where already answered so PLEASE bare with me.
I spoke with two CMs today and they told me that the park closes on party nights at 6pm and so do the restraunts, the only thing that stays open is the shops on Main Street. He said that they will let party ticket holders in at 6:30pm. I asked because I made PS at CP for 4:20 (which is the latest they had, and the two CMs I spoke with both said that I will need regular tickets to get into the park at that time. I read on these boards that they let you in at 4pm with just the party tickets. WHO IS RIGHT? I don't know if I should keep the reservations in hopes they will let us in early of just cancel them. I don't want to use a park hopper just for dinner. Anyone who has insight please share!

As long as I am posting I have a few more questions: Anyone have suggestions on how to get all the shows and parades in that evening?

What things CAN'T be missed at MVMCP?

When is the lighting of the Christmas tree on Main Street and when does it snow?

What is the best place to see the parade?

TIA
:D
