When is Mickey's PhilarMagic planned openning? We will be there in mid July and was hopping for a new attraction since we were there last July...

Wow I would love to see this attraction on our trip October 4-11 but we are planning to go to MK on Oct 8 for early entry and now I am thinking the park might be crazy (esp Fantasyland).
What have been your experiences being in a park when a new attraction officially opens?
