Does anyone know if Sebastian's Bistro at Caribbean Beach Resort is still "All you care to eat.."?
On the money. It's 'family style' but not all you can eat. Salad, bread, meats and sides, and dessert are all served centrally to the table for the family, but only one time.
Sorry that meal didn’t work out for youNot true, they will bring you more of whatever you ask for. It is served family style, you can request more of what you like. However, it was the worst meal I've ever eaten at WDW and I wouldn't go back if you paid me. Bad food and bad service. I will say. most people love it. We may have been there on an off night, but I won't chance it going back. I also don't find the food especially appealing, except for the dessert. that was fantastic, the only saving grace.

Thank you for your sharing your experience. I have never understood the love for this place (and it is great if you read online reviews) - other than the price which is reasonable by Disney standards. The only thing we really enjoyed was the salad - that dressing is delicious. The rolls everyone goes on about remind me of the frozen grocery store rolls my mother used to buy and served at every Sunday dinner. The spreads were pretty good, but the portions were tiny and we had to ask 2 different people multiple times for more. By the time they arrived the rolls were stone cold and we just gave up. The steak was inedible - it was so chewy I had to spit it out. The rest of the food was ok but so incredibly bland. We were expecting Caribbean flavors and there was basically no flavor at all. The dessert was fine, but incredibly sweet and rich - we couldn't finish it. In addition we had some of the worst service we've ever received on Disney property. We will never be back.Realize this is an older post, but as we just returned from Disney and ate at Sebastion's Bistro, because of a couple sources recommendations, decided to add my 2 cents! I totally agree with the above poster 100%. Had such high hopes and left so deflated that DH & I had just spent $100 (with tip) for what for the most part looked and tasted like leftover food.
Hubby did like the steak - or whatever it was, I had some baked chicken. It was all dark meat which I usually won't eat, but I was very hungry and was trying hard to like the food. The veggies looked overcooked on outside, but the carrots and sweet potato (?) wedge was hard on inside and inedible. The dessert was not as good as Ohanas, as I was told. In all, couldn't wait to leave there and will never return.
I usually love most food at Disney because I really enjoy eating, (also cooking at home) realizing it is subjective from person to person. I tried hard to at least taste most from the plate they brought, but I was longing for even a simple hamburger at this point.
Anyway, have 'never' said any of this about any food at Disney, or anywhere else actually, but will not be seeking Caribbean Beach Resort out any time soon.
(Got the ressie 'spur of the moment instant' so that should have told us something - very few people seated)
Same! And I was the post he/she quoted originally. I was so disappointed by our entire experience there. It was the worst dining experience I've ever had - anywhere! I would not return, even if someone else paid.Thank you for your sharing your experience.
