Well, update on my little cousin - He came home today!! And he is such a little cutie!! He is much better, and I think everyone is really happy that he's come home!

We love Abbey's tongue, our old pug didn't stick her tongue out like that. When we adopted Abbey, her photo online showed her tongue out and her 'billy bob teeth' as my hubby calls them, her lower teeth stick out, lol.

Ok, did your aunt name this precious little boy yet????? Also, we want to see pics, lol.

Hayley, I'm so glad to hear your little cousin is home safe and sound. I bet he is just a cutie!

I bought my fish extender today. I'm using the same woman that Patricia got hers from. I can't wait to see the finished product. Speaking of FE's, when do you think the cut off date should be to sign up? August 1st? I think we have four families participating right now, right? I'm window shopping right now and want to make sure when all is said and done that I have enough for everyone.

You know, I have lived here most of my life and still have not been to the space center. I've been to NASA in Houston a few times but not the one here. Christopher is a NASA fanatic (he is going to be an astronaut he always tells me!) so you would think we would have gone.....but no. I'm such a bad mommy. I wonder if a rocket lifting off would be as noticable as the space shuttle. I think it would still be exciting to see. We have no plans after we dock so maybe I can convince my mom and her boyfriend to stick around a few hours to see it. I have already decided Christopher's surprise for his birthday next year will be the ATX adventure at the space center.

My son was very into space travel and we have a local areonomics (sp) camp that he was able to attend a few years back. It was amazing all that he learned. I am sure Christopher will LOVE the adventure at the space center.

So glad you ordered your FE (fish extender). I have mine hanging in my living room and have to explain to everyone that comes in what it's for, lol. (maybe someone will put some goodies in it there, lol, )

We used to go when it was free. Haven't been since they started charging (kind of a principle thing) My DD said she was going to be an astronaut for years and years and then the space shuttle blew up. Now she wants to be a chef I hope Christopher sticks with his dream. Take him to KSC mom!

Everytime they say "live from KSC" on the news all I can think is "live from KFC" Just my silly mind.

I suppose it is time to check in. I am still getting used to my new job and I am so tired when I get home.
This morning I could make my ressies for our first cruise. Unfortunately there were no Palo ressies available at all, but I am hoping to get one of each when I get on board as we should get there nice and early. If not I have always got brunch and dinner to look forward to on this cruise. I did however get the Personal Watercraft Single Tour for both of us on our first day at Castaway Cay.
Now that the cruise is getting ever closer I have decided to do something about a Fish Extender. I was going to have a go at making one, but I am simply too busy. So I just send the person from whom a number of you are getting your fish extenders a message to see how "custom" her fish extenders can be. My favourite characters are Figment and Eeyore and DHs is Grumpy. I would love a fish extender with those three characters. If she cannot do this, then I am sure that I will find another one that I will like.
I need to start thinking about making fish extender gifts as this will take me a little while. So if anybody who is going to participate, could answer those questions for me, that would be really helpful. For each female, could I please have the favourite colour and whether this person is an adult or a child. For the younger gentlemen, I need to know their favourite Disney character. For the more mature gentlemen, I have to think up something.

Corinna, I'm sorry you couldn't get your Palo ressies but like you said, at least you have them on one of the cruises. I bought my fish extender from the same one Patricia did. She is VERY nice. She is doing one w/ Sailor Mickey, Grumpy, Pocohantas, Lightining McQueen, Tinkerbell, and Dale for me. If she can do all those, I'm sure you will have no trouble with yours! She has been fantastic at working with me. I think you will be pleased. To answer your question....my favorite color is cobalt blue (or any blue), my mother's is orange, Chris's favorite character is Dale and Chase's is Lightining McQueen.....oh wait, he just changed it to Winnie the Pooh he told me. My mom's boyfriend I don't know. I picked Grumpy because he acts just like him. He is a chef though so Remy could work also.

Mary, when you said "KSC" I thought of "KFC" too Christopher was a little aphrensive of the shuttle blowing up too but he knows it is rare and that nothing is gained by taking no risks so he has decided to continue on with his dream. I would love to be able to afford lunch w/ an astronaut for him. I found one astronaut I would love for him to meet but there are no hotel dates available then.

I have heard that disney holds a few Palo ressies for people to book on board. My fav color hmmm depends on what it is but I will say red. DD(10) I will say Pink. I can't ask because she doesn't know about the trip. DS(9)'s fav character is def stitch. No question on that lol.

I am bummed that disney stopped the banana boat rides at CC. Does anyone know why? or if it will return. My kids loved that and it was cheap. $15.00pp.

Those look great Patricia! I don't have photoshop, wish I did. I'm using some paint program.....it works ok. I might have to send you the rest of my pictures to play with though! My computer genius friend got all the formats changed for me so I can use them now! Well I better get to bed.....back to work for me tomorrow. I have gotten use to sleeping in!
