Bounceback Information and FAQ Thread - 25-35% off BOUNCEBACKS ARE EXTENDED through Oct 2026! Updated 5/22/2025

I am within my 7 day post checkout and have booked a bounceback for next June but, I was thinking of another resort or maybe moving the dates a little. I went into the special offers on my MDE and the website but neither are showing a future stay offer. I swear I looked under special offers the first time I was booking - am I missing something?

That's really strange. You are looking in the correct place. Although we all know Disney IT is not the most reliable! What happens when you go directly to the offer link in the website? https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/special-offers/resort-return-offer/ For all wondering, I have the direct link and screenshots of the offer and conditions, along with the FAQ in the first post.

If you want to change this bounceback you can see if you have a “change reservation” option to click in your MDE on the website, and search and modify that way. If you don’t have the change button you’ll have to call.

We are currently on a split stay trip. We were at YC since the 1st, moved today to GF CL. I had booked the GF resort views CL room on a BB on January 1st. I periodically checked if a deluxe room type opened for my dates, for months no CL rooms showed at all. With the reports of loud construction noise in the resort view rooms the last few weeks, I reluctantly changed to an AP rate for a king deluxe room on August 26th. I hated giving up the BB rate but at that time no CL rooms at all were available with the BB rate.

I’ve read so many of @trishadono’s & @2vets posts about last minute changes & decided to give it 1 more try yesterday afternoon. Since we were at YC, I was eligible to book a new BB & looked at the offers again. The king deluxe room type was now available, as were theme park & resort views & at least 2 suite types. I called to apply the BB rate which was done within minutes & saved us over $800 over the AP rate. Keep Checking!!!

thanks. if we book while we are there and they extend dates after, can we get the bounceback for the dates we booked that weren't eligible at the time?
Since the bouncebacks returned in 2023, yes, we have been able to modify bouncebacks to the extended dates. This does come with the disclaimer that until new dates drop, we will not know for sure.

What's the best way to get a bounceback offer if staying only 1 night for a pre cruise stay. I want to make sure I can take advantage of it this time. I usually go on longer cruises and when I get back it's past the 7 day mark. I'm not sure if I need to call after checking out asap while I'm traveling to port. Or if the website will let me modify existing upcoming trips.

You don’t have to do anything to get an offer. Once you check in as a registered guest, you are eligible. Check the special offers page online, or call the regular CRO number. If you call, make sure you have your current reservation number. If you don’t have time to play around with dates or resorts, just take anything that’s available, for any dates. You can make changes to dates, resorts or room types later. Yes, you can check ready booked trips to see if the discount can be applied.

If you have access to internet during your cruise, you should be able to make or change a reservation yourself online.
