Mickey's Not so Scary Halloween

I was wondering if anyone knows if you can get in early this year. Last year you could get in at 4 P.M. with your ticket? Also anyone going on Halloween?

We went Sept. 27 and they were letting people in at the far right hand turnstile starting at 4 pm. They were also handing out the wrist bracelets.

 

[5 for WDW]

Yup, we were there the 14th and 28th of September for MNSSHP, we were allowed in at 4pm.
