I've seen La Nouba and it's SO fun! Very colorful! I can't make a comparison though, but I do know that since I've seen it, I don't need to do it again.
Yes, adults can dress up, still with the dress code of nothing obscene.
can't drag on the ground. obstructs the guest view to where they can't get on transportation or rides without problems. have sharp or pointed objects that injure themselves or other guests.
There is a dress code information with the letter that comes with the tickets.
We go every year.... and we're a family of 7 so it's pricey. We wouldn't miss it though....we just LOVE it. Funny though, we can't bring ourselves to pay for hoppers or Universal tickets for the past few years (except HHN for my DH and oldest DS).....just don't see those options/parks as worth it. Each person is different....but we love MNSSHP
The MNSSHP is a total blast! There is candy provided for "trick - or - treating", the parades and fireworks are so cool when they are halloween themed, and there are so many characters that you can't see in the parks any normal day. It's definately worth checking out
