LOL!!

:cool1: Yep, that'll be us. :p

My family will be at WDW the week of Oct. 10-15th. We were there last year at the same time and there were still tickests available for MNSSHP. My question is, if we can't decide which night we want to go on, can we wait and buy are tickets after we get down there? Was last year a fluke or should I not risk it and just pick a night and buy the tickets? I know big nights late in Oct. will sell out but what about in the middle of the month? Thanks for the advice.

I would like to see a raise of hands of all of those going to the party on October 26th. I think I have only read a handful of posts at least on this thread.

We are going to our first MNSSHP and dd (4) will be going as Woody, and ds (1) is going as a Baltimore Raven's either football player or fan.

We have LTT PS at 5:25. This is our first time there also.

My wife, 3yr old daughter, and mom & dad-in-law's will be there on the 26th.
We have LTT PS at 5:30 something. DW has the itinerary.
This will be our first mnsshp. We fly in on the 22nd, and head back to Ma on the 30th.
The "nugget" wants to be snow white, so we are trying to get one that will span the two climates. Emily has a crafty aunt who I hope will be making it.

Have a great trip, and if you hear some guy telling really bad jokes while at LLT, say hi. It's probably me.

If anyone has tickets for MNSSHP for the 31st and they cant use them, please PM me!!

I need 2 adult, 2 child.

I did not buy tix for this event because we did it last year, but now I regret that. Has anyone ever gotten tix to this event after they have sold out?

I'm SO CONFUSED!!! Can someone please spell this out for me at like a 5 year old level? I'm just not getting it!

What is the benefit of eating at the LTT before the party? Since this seems to be the thing to do I have made a 4:05 reservation at the LTT on 10/8. Please tell me why I am doing this? I will not have an admission pass only my tickets to the Halloween Party. Will they let me inside the entrance gate to make my 4:05 reservation?

Provided we get inside and have dinner. What will we do until 7:00 and the party starts? I have read about being "herded" to Tomorrowland. What does this really mean? Is it a lot of standing around with nothing to do in a crowd of people? Or will the rides be open and it won't be very crowded and really just translate into more time to ride rides and experience the park? Is there a possibility that they will make us leave the park and wait until 7:00 to reenter?

When I told my DH about this he was very sceptical and does not understand why we would go early to eat.

How is the food at the LTT?

Thanks for the clarification. We are long time Disney visitors but 1st time for the Halloween party.

Thanks,
Bonnie

The advantage to eating at LTT is that it is a character meal and the characters are dressed up for Halloween. This is a neat way to start the party. If you were going to do a sit down meal for dinner, this is the one to do. But if you're content with counter service, or eating at CP or Tony's, that's fine too. It's not like you get special treatment for eating at LTT, you just get the extra character experience

Once you are done with dinner, if it is prior to 6 pm you will be able to ride anything in the park. After 6, CM's will be working to clear the park of all non-party goers. Anyone who is attending the party is asked to go to Tomorrowland (at least this was the case last year). Once there all the rides are open to ride and last year there was a dj to entertain as well.

You will NOT have to leave the park and re-enter.

This is my first time eating at LTT so I'm very excited to try it myself. But I'm only doing it on 1 of the 3 nights I have MNSSHP tickets. Since I've never eaten there, I can't say for sure how the food is, but I've heard good reviews from others who have.

So, do you have to have a WDW pass to enter the park prior to 7:00? I figured that people ate at LTT to get PS arrangements that would allow you to enter the park before 7:00. If you want to eat at a counter restaurant will they let you in early?

Still confused!

Where do they sell the party pins? I have spent some time today rereading this thread and some from last December, and I couldn't tell if they were in specific stores, or pretty much everywhere. It sounds like they were hard to get. Any suggestions?

You can usually get in as early as 4pm with just your MNSSHP ticket. You can eat anywhere you want. Our family plans to eat before we go to the MK @ 4pm and then just have a snack later as the evening wears on. Since we are not doing any other parks that day, we don't want to waste "ride" time at a sit-down restaurant. :D

Just a reminder,

I still need one adult and 1 child ticket for 10/31! Friends, let me know if you have any! Hopefully, I've got a connection to 1 adult ticket. I really don't want to have to go without my husband or DS(6). I could take the baby with me, but that's a little disappointing!

Please PM me if you have any available tickets!

Thanks.

Francie-Iowa and SparKelly, welcome to the party for 10-1.
I'm a former midwesterner now living in Florida. It will be nice to see some other midwesterners. LOL.

Tarheel,
The pins are in Exposition hall (I think that's what that building is called. Right under the train tracks and to your right. 1st building. Where you buy the pictures they take of you in the park. They sell the special even pins, and also AP pins.

Is this the only place that the pins are sold? How about MNSSHP t-shirts, etc.?

For anyone hoping for LTT-- I just called the other day for the 10/1 party. I had my choice of times to pick from, and all were before the party. So, even if you think it may be too late-- at least call fo a try.

Evansfamily---- I sent you a PM to try and help sort out the little details for you.

Peacefulgirl,

Although I'm still trying to get ticket (beg, borrow, scalp?) We're going to be there for halloween also without tickets to the party. I was told by Baloo, that the Boardwalk is a good alternative. They also have trick or treating and such. So we'll probably see you there!

RweTHEREyet: If I order my MNSSHP tickets via phone to be mailed to me, how quickly do they come?

We received ours in 7 days.

It took less than 2 weeks for us to get them.

You can pick them up at will-call if you prefer not to have them mailed.

Bobbi:D

I ordered mine 8 days ago-- still waiting. Last year I think they took 10-14 days.

The Boardwalk is a happening place on Halloween. We chose to do MNSSHP on the 29th so we could do the BW on the 31st. It's the best of both "worlds"!! We are contemplating a trip to Sea World during the day on 10/31 as I hear they have some cool things too!:Pinkbounc
