This is a Grand Gathering Exclusive...it doesn't seem to be available for guests not on a Grand Gathering (have to have 8 or more):

Good Morning Character Breakfast

Has anyone done any off the Grand Gathering events? We are travelling with another family and got a GG number for free so we can do these events...
