Does Halloween night ALWAYS sell out or only when it falls on a weekend?

I heard tickets for the Halloween night party were going for big bucks on Ebay last fall. True?

I know Halloween and that week usually sells out or maybe even Columbus week(my week), but I think the rest of the time is ok. Wow I never thougt about ebay for tkts. People will sell anything.
