Mickey's Halloween Party Plan?

Hello all,

We are going to MHP on Oct. 31st, so I know it's going to be a zoo, but I was wondering if there were any tips out there to what to do first, where to head to first etc. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

We're going to it this Friday, so I'm sure we'll have some tips to post (and pictures). I believe the DL Podcast team will also be discussing the outing on their show next week.

I would say to wait to do the candy trails towards the end of the evening when the crowds are lower, and concentrate on the parade, Halloween fireworks, dance spots, etc. (all the stuff they don't have during regular park hours) during the evening. It goes by pretty fast!.

I posted this on the other thread but I'll put it here for you too:

If you are interested in a picture with Mickey and Minnie, I would definitely find out where they will be and head there first. That is always the longest line in the park. I think if Jack Sparrow is out, that will be another long one. So if pictures with characters are important, you might want to get that out of the way first.

We are among you... those crazy people that have to go to DL on Halloween night. I sure hope that we don't drown in a sea of people. We decided on a surprise trip to DL for my little boys over our fall break. What else are we going to do with them on Halloween besides the DL Halloween party? Maybe we'll see you there lol.

We're going that night as well -- it will be our first day/night in the park. We are very excited even though we know it will be pretty busy. Thankfully we have no issues staying until the bitter end and will take advantage of the park when it slows down a bit. Can't wait though!!
