Is on Disney's eBay Auction site for $35. Does anyone know if that is a good price?

I have Minnie's house, Donald's Boat and Pluto's House, each of which retailed for, I believe, $50. I could be off by a few dollars.

This is not the Holiday Village. This is a set from the movie Mickey's Christmas Carol.
