Mickey's Backyard BBQ ?

I booked Mickey's Backyard BBQ for our Nov. trip ...today I happened to look at my cc on-line acct and found I had been charged for it already. I also booked CRT, Le Celier and several others that said a cc was needed to guarantee but that it wouldn't be charged unless we failed to cancel or show. We have the Deluxe Dining Plan. So, will Disney just refund the pre-payment after we go in Nov?

You just have to call Disney dining and they will refund you if you have the dining plan. I'm not sure why you were charged in advance if you had the dining plan in place at the time of your BBQ reservation. Sounds like a glitch, but they will be glad to refund you now!

You should be able to call for a refund. If you have the dining plan when you make the reservation, you shouldn't have been charge.

Without the dining plan, CRT and the dinner shows (HDDR, Mickey's BBQ, Spirit of Aloha) are charged in full when you book. I have booked these before adding the dining plan and then just waited to have my cc credited at the meal. (I add the dining plan right before the trip because you have to pay for it immediately with DVC).
