Mickey's Backyard BBQ - arrival time, other suggestions

Hi,
We are going to Mickey's Backyard BBQ on our rest day. We are staying at CB and do not have a car - we might decide to rent one. What time should we arrive? If we do the bus system, when should we leave and what would be the best way to get there? What is the seating like? Any other suggestions or things I should know?

Bus to MK, boat to FW. 1.5 hour lead time. Seating is bench style free for all. You are let in from a line then head to the buffet.

You only have to get there early if you want pictures with Chip & Dale. They do this as the line starts to form. About an hour before. 30 min prior to doors open, they stop this or at least they did 2 years ago when I did it.
Seating is first come first serve although, there is a CM directing you to open tables. If you want to sit up front, early (hour before). If you don't mind being in the back or way on the sides, then 30 min or less. You'll be closer to the food.
