Mickey Shaped Waffles

We only have one ADR at Akershus for breakfast. And I don't believe they have Mickey shaped waffles there for breakfast do they?

(Long story short, we are going on an already once cancelled trip next week, and most restaurants are already booked, we were VERY lucky to get our Princess breakfast at Akershus...someone else had cancelled!)

Is there some place that has Mickey shaped waffles for breakfast that doesn't require an ADR? We're staying at CBR.

I just think my dd would think these were so cool!

Don't know about Akershus. I do know that Chef Mickey's has mouse waffles as does Ohana. Also, the counter service area in your resort has Mickey waffles.

When I was at POFQ last month they had them at their quick service dining.

Yes you can get them at CBR. We got them there before. Even if you do not have ADR's try calling/visiting that day or the day before to the restaurant and see if they have anything open.

Check the All Ears site and also the official WDW site under dining. The menus are listed and several resort TS list Mickey waffles under the kids' menu for breakfast. Some of these may be very easy to get into last minute. If not, the resort CS usually has Mickey waffles.

My DD ate many Mickey waffles at CBR last week.

My DD has to have Mickey Waffles at CBR at least once during our trip, or else there is some serious pouting going on!!!! Just kidding, yes they serve them at CBR, kids portion and adult portion. The kids portion is the mini waffles and the adult portion is the large waffle. Enjoy!!!!

I don't know the answer to your question, but I love Mickey Waffles.
I've always wanted a Mickey waffle iron, but I can't justify the cost, especially since my kids are grown, and my DH won't eat waffles. I'm looking forward to having them in Oct. Eat a waffle for me!

A lot of the resort counter service locations offer Mickey waffles. I remember eating one recently at the Pop Century food court.

You should be able to order the mickey waffles during the breakfast buffet at no extra cost (it will be brought out by your server as opposed to made at a griddle station). We were able to do that at Akershus this past January.

I think most of the character buffets offer the MW. I know 1900 PF and CM does. Although you can get them at QS locations, they just aren't as good as the fresh, hot ones on the buffets. And what is it about MW that taste so much better? LOL! I love them.

The big Disney store in DTD has them. And there is a kitchen gadget store that has them too, but I don't remember where on property they were. 15 years ago they were $40 I thought that was too much then.I haven't seen them on line, but then again I haven't looked for a very long time. I think they were around $80 when we were there 3 years ago. If you get one, think about all us poor folks who just have to live with the longing for Mickey waffles.

they have the mickey waffle irons on ebay for 25 and 30 dollars.
