Mickey Not So Scarey

Hi,
Just wondering how early you can enter the Magic Kingdom with you Not So Scarey ticket on party night. I've heard it was 4pm but just wanted to be sure.

WDW or Disneyland? I ask because this is the Disneyland thread, but it's not called MNSSHP here.

WDW: yes 4 pm

Disneyland: it depends on the day. On days parties start at 6 pm you can enter at 3, on 7pm party nights its 4pm.
