mickey moms club new email

I just got an email from mickey moms club and it has a survey in it about another party but I can't find where to do the survey.

"Here is what the survey saids"

Last summer’s Mickey Moms Club Illuminations! Party was such a success we are discussing offering more pixie dust to members! Which kind of event would you prefer?

a. Another Illuminations! Reflections of Earth party
b. A Fantasmic! party
c. A special Mickey Moms Club Character event

can anyone find where to do the survey?

This is the 2nd email I have gotten from the Mickey Moms Club. I'm not part of it, at least last I checked I was turned down!
