I know this is the place to ask!!!

I just sent out an Evite for my DD's 2nd birthday party and we're doing a Mickey & Minnie Clubhouse theme.

Here's the details:
--We have a bounce house, so there's our "clubhouse" and entertainment for the kids.
--It will probably be four or five two-year-olds and their parents (all good friends)
--Time is 10am I'm planning on cupcakes and snacks for adults and kids

The Disney Stores near us closed down last year :sad2:, so I have Party City nearby, Target 15 min. away and a Michael's 30 minutes away.

I'd love to hear suggestions for food, games, favors, fun!

You can go to birthdayexpress.com and they have stuff too. Orientaltrading.com has stuff. The Playhouse disney website has ideas for a Clubhouse party also.

~You could see if you could find someone to make a Toodles pinata.
~order/buy the mickey mouse ears for the kids (they are just a headband)
~See if you can get a DVD w/ a few episodes or a movie on it and have it JIC it rains.
~You can order a card from Hallmark.com w/ mickey on it and personalize it and have it "signed" by Mickey
~Coloring sheets are good if they get bored w/ jumping.
~an inexpensive bubble machine
~you could hide mickeys around (taped up) and see who find the most (the paint chips from Home depot would be good for that).

I made my own Toodles pinata, its really easy. Just tape 3 balloons together and cover with paper mache

I made my own party hats because I couldnt find any at the party store

We also do a a bouncy house-it was a HUGE hit!

Here are some other pics-we focused more on Minnie

Thanks for the great ideas -- how could I have forgotten bubbles :rotfl2: And finding Hidden Mickeys (from Home Depot -- I'll be sure to include a lime green one!) is a great game, simple enough for the toddlers to do.

tarabelle13 I love the cake you made!

I'm doing Mickey Mouse Clubhouse for my son's 1st birthday. Party City has the best prices, but there are some things that I found online that Party City doesn't have. I am using these two sites for some extras. They have cool backdrops, banners and balloons that aren't in the stores.

Also, if order balloons online, Party City will inflate them with helium for you.

Two year olds love to pick things up so maybe an "easter egg hunt" type game? not hidden very hard of course - They will enjoy the bouncing!!! You could also have a DVD playing outside too for the kids who need a break from bouncing. Two year olds seem to wander from thing to thing over and over again!!!
