Mickey, Minions & more. 2 week holiday. Updated 9/14 - FINAL THOUGHTS

Okay...NO MORE UPDATES for a bit, please. I finally caught up. :rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2:

Mark and I always stop to listen to the Fife & Drums...a favorite of his.

I hope Renee enjoyed her funnel cake (I don't think I've ever had it).

Vinny looks very sexy with his lion hair. :rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2:

Nice that you got back for a swim (we never did do that in December...no time for rest for us).

Love Spaceship Earth and your picture of it is stunning.

Love the pictures with your infatuation with the lake.

LOVE Chefs' de France. That soup is so very, very good. I'll pass on the snails though.

I remember the kids loved the Mac & Cheese at Chefs in 2012.

I love that photopass picture of you in America. It looks like the snowflake is part of your Magic Band...very cool.

Great pictures, Scott.

 So I was pricing out a Universal split this morning (DS5 keeps talking about Hard Rock :rotfl: ) And then I came over to your TR and I am over it! Loving both the night Epcot and MK am pics!! Thank you Scott :cheer2:

Caught up again. Still not eating snails.

The water pics look great.

I used a different company for the scooter.:rotfl2:

Now off to see who else I have been neglecting.
I will get you to try them once.
Thanks.
:lmao: it just made me laugh when I saw it.
I know the feeling.

it is nice to sit and watch them. :thumbsup2

She did. I don't think I have had one either.

We always make time. it is what makes Vinny keep going back.

Thank you.

The snails r delicious. I cannot wait to get to France and have some at a restaurant we went to in 2009.

I remember the kids loved the Mac & Cheese at Chefs in 2012.
:thumbsup2 That is really good.

I love that photopass picture of you in America. It looks like the snowflake is part of your Magic Band...very cool.
That is what I thought too. :lmao:

Great pictures, Scott.
Thank you.

You should definitely go. I wish I was going this year to see Diagon Alley. It is killing me I will have to wait till next year to see it but am looking forward to it.
Thanks.

I think the glow light hats are no longer a big deal. I didn't see many at DL or WDW this year. I like the idea, but I think they are too pricey and I have heard they are heavy on the head too.

Any day that ends with a walk around World Showcase is a good one. :goodvibes

It's such a wonderful sight when the bus for the park you want to go to pulls up. ::yes::

Thanks for the trolley video. I really enjoyed 'being there' soaking in the holiday fun. :thumbsup2

I so agree and soon you will be doing that.
it is. Next time for me is 15 months from now. :sad2::eek::scared1::(:sick:
:thumbsup2 Glad you enjoyed it.

The first ride today was.

The queue is cute.

Then we were inside.

Looking at the queue and line of people.

Here is the “honey pot” we get to ride in.

Then we were off.

I liked this area.

Looks like a fun time they are having.

Then our ride was over.

Back view of the honey pot.

Of course you can shop after the ride. LOL.

The walls that were up for the Mine Ride.

Next up we did something we have never done before.

We always avoided it because getting dizzy is not on our list of fun. We all decided to get our own cups but Vinny went so fast without waiting for anyone that I ended being away from them and could not get photos of them on the ride.

There they are.

Who wants to be dizzy? Here is my video of the ride. I hate my voice.
https://www.flickr.com/gp/scottenchanted/dS7165

After the ride we then had some animals to see.

Up next,

I hate we have to go out and then walk around just to do the other side.

P.S. I will be catching up on tr's this week.

Winnie the Pooh is fun! :thumbsup2 As for the teacups...my kids go on with Dad since he spins it fast and I get dizzy which = BORING :rotfl2: The video reminds me of how the teacups get me...:faint:

I got a little bit far behind with the move and everything.

The food at Tangerine Café looks really good. We are going to have to try that lamb wrap some day!

Nice meet up with Aladdin and Jasmine, the queue area was very nice.

Yum! I love funnel cakes!

I love it that they have a mini F&W festival at Christmastime, now I need to add that to my list of times of the year to visit.

That German train display decorated for Christmas is just adorable!

I'm not sure if you have mentioned how much you love the pool, but I know you have mentioned how much you love the fountain. That's wonderful because we all have our spots/situations that we love about WDW!

Your meal at Chefs de France sounds wonderful! We're going back there on our next trip because we love the place!

That's a lot of steps!

Great pictures from the Pooh ride! I don't do the Tea Cups for that same dizzy reason. Not my idea of fun!

Now I have Heffalumps and Woozles in my head :rotfl:

I love that song

I have not been on tea cups since I was little. My Hubby took Trent on them last trip for first time and they loved them and spun like crazy. I watched from the sidelines, more my speed :thumbsup2

This is embarrasing to admit, but I have not been on Winnie the Pooh since that new queue was built. I guess I'm waiting for grandkids. :rotfl2:

I also can't remember the last time I was on the teacups. :confused3

I love that PP pic of you in Epcot at night. :thumbsup2

You are so good to do wash before you go home. I try to avoid it as long as possible. :rotfl:

Those night time pics are just lovely!

I LOVE Winnie the Pooh! :lovestruc But I haven't been on it since they changed the queue either (the SB line was way too long last time I was there and the FP's were for after we would be leaving that day)

I am not a huge fan of the Teacups but I can handle it if nobody spins the cup. I went on it with my nieces a few years ago, I had told them I would only go if they promised they wouldn't spin it, well of course as soon as we got on they started spinning, LOL :crazy2:

I love the Winnie the Pooh ride...it is one of my favorites. That queue is the best...the kids love it.

You'd never done the Mad Tea Party? I will do it on rare occasion with Mark as long as he doesn't spin it fast. On the girls trip, Mary took the girls and I sat it out. :goodvibes

I've never been on the teacups because I don't do rides that spin... But I did watch your video... Great video, but big mistake on my part... Now my heading is spinning...

Hows the weight loss going??? Have you reached your goal yet??? Have you posted a picture lately???

I was so far behind !! All caught up now , hard to believe it was over 7 month go now !!!I have never and never will re the Tea Cups !!! Spinning and free falls are NOT my idea of FUN!!!:rotfl2: would however hae join d you o Winnie !Much more my speed !!!Your photos are GREAT!!!:cool1::cool1:

Good God, you guys really did get wet. Speaking of wet... Popeye & Bluto’s Bilge-Rat Barges. I swear I will never go on that one again. There's wet... and then there's Popeye & Bluto’s Bilge-Rat Barges wet. Two VERY different things. I've been less wet in the shower.

This is is almost exactly what my dad said when we got off that ride lol. We had been on kali river rapids and thought we knew what we were getting into.... I might as well have just jumped in the water I would have had the same result!! It's a fun ride though as long as it's a hot sunny day

it is fun but not a must do for us.
:rotfl2: I do not blame you. I spun it too fast and had to slow down.

I got a little bit far behind with the move and everything.
I understand that.

The food at Tangerine Café looks really good. We are going to have to try that lamb wrap some day!
it was really good. It was the third time we have had it.

Nice meet up with Aladdin and Jasmine, the queue area was very nice.
it was all very nice. pretty area back there.

Yum! I love funnel cakes!
I am not sure if i have had one but I think I have.

I love it that they have a mini F&W festival at Christmastime, now I need to add that to my list of times of the year to visit.
The kiosks at F&G are the best because they have the Rose slushie at France.

That German train display decorated for Christmas is just adorable!
:thumbsup2

I'm not sure if you have mentioned how much you love the pool, but I know you have mentioned how much you love the fountain. That's wonderful because we all have our spots/situations that we love about WDW!
I love both. :rotfl2: That is very true and why we all keep going back.

Your meal at Chefs de France sounds wonderful! We're going back there on our next trip because we love the place!
it was so good. :thumbsup2

That's a lot of steps!
Yep!

Great pictures from the Pooh ride! I don't do the Tea Cups for that same dizzy reason. Not my idea of fun!
It was fun but I do not think we will do it most trips. I did have to slow down as I was getting dizzy. :rotfl2:

Don't be embarrassed, this was the first time we did since it was redone.
:rotfl2: I can, never. It was a first for us. I don;t think I rode as it a kid as my mother did not like spinny things.
Thanks.
Oh just you wait. That was the halfway through the trip wash.
Thank you.

I think we used a FP because we got through the line quickly.
:rotfl2: I would say I wouldn't either and then do it.

I love the Winnie the Pooh ride...it is one of my favorites. That queue is the best...the kids love it.

:thumbsup2 It does look cute the queue.
Never had unless when I was a kid and don't remember it but I know my mother hated spinning so my father would have gone on but no memories of it.

:lmao: sorry about that.
It is going okay. Slowly I am losing. Not reached goal yet. I can post one in a minute.

I know the feeling.
Time has gone so fast.
Next time we are there at the same time we will do Winnie.
Thank you.

This is the photo for week 33, this week. People on FB tell me the shirt is too big but it is the size I am in now.
