Mickey in Sorcerers Hat @MGM

I read a post once that someone found Mickey in his sorcerers hat near GMR at MGM. Can anyone claify? TIA.

is always in Studios at the end of the walkway where Millionaire and Little Mermaid is. He is inside at the opposite end of Mermaid.

It's important to realize the the "hat" is really just a fancy gift shop. At least, that is what it was when I was there in 2002. I have no reason to believe it isn't still the same.

I meant the character Mickey wearing his sorcerers hat. Someone posted that they saw him signing autos somewhere but I couldnt remember where. Sorry for the misunderstanding. I wasnt totally clear.

Sorcerer Mickey can be found daily in Soundstage 1, which is to the left of the Who Wants to be a Millionaire attraction on Mickey Avenue. He's usually there from about 10 am to 5 pm; check the daily MGM Studios schedule (not the guidemap) for times. A cast member will take a picture for you, if you'd like.

Yes, Mickey in his Sorcerer's Apprentice regalia does do meet-and-greets all day at Soundstage One next to where the Backlot Tour does (did?) start on Mickey Avenue. I believe I've heard he may be over by the Great Movie Ride if he doesn't have enough helpers at his Soundstage One location, so if you don't find him there, check by the GMR.
