Hello,

I have made MANY of these shirts and I have a "fix" for you. If your colors overblend like this use a bleach pen to outline your mickey head. Do a pretty thick application, let it sit over night then rinse and wash out the beach.
It will give you a distinct outline.

We did these shirts for MVMCP several years ago, and they turned out perfectly on the first try. Make sure the rubberbands are very, very tight and just take your time. I'm really not very crafty and still did just fine.
