Mickey head outline with names, no pictures

I'm trying to find a simple Mickey head outline design, with a bride and groom's name and wedding date inside of it. I intend to have the outline embroidered over, on to a visor for the bride, and a ball cap for the groom as they want to be more low key, vs a t-shirt. Does anyone do something like this?
It's for Ashley and Tyler, 9-19-09.
