Mickey christmas party question

I called last night and booked our tickets for the 16th december.I was surprised at how much they were considering the brits guide said different.For 4 adults and 3 kids it was $348.They also said they could not ship the tickets and that I had to pick them up from one of the park gates.I am sure they sent them to us last time.Anyone else had this said.Apparently it depends on the date you go as to how much they charge

Ours worked out $200ish for 2 adults & 2 children. Its going to be an expensive evening with LTT too!!
We had our tickets mailed though, I have them stashed in my holiday file

PREMIUM DATE PRICE: 11/14, 11/21, 12/4, 12/5, 12/11, 12/12, 12/14, 12/18, 12/19:

• Adults: $55.94 - ages 10 and up
• Child: $49.95 - ages 3 - 9

NON-PREMIUM DATE ADVANCE PURCHASE PRICE:

• Adults: $48.95 - ages 10 and up
• Child: $42.95 - ages 3 - 9

ANNUAL PASSHOLDER/DVC DISCOUNT PRICE 11/14, 11/20, 12/7, 12/9, 12/16:

• Adults: $45.95 - ages 10 and up
• Child: $39.95 - ages 3 - 9

So the price you were charged is about right including tax.

I too purchased my tickets online and for an extra $10 you can have them shipped to your home address in the UK.

As far as the shipping of tickets for MK's special parties go, it seems to depend on the person you talk to when booking.

Over the years, we've been to 2 x MVMCP, 3 x MNSSHP and 1 x MP&PP. Sometimes we've had our tickets shipped for an additional charge, sometimes we've had to collect our tickets at Will Call (which is a really simple and painless process BTW ) and we've even been told tickets can't be shipped to the UK only to receive them by DHL courier 5 days later!

If you are staying at a WDW resort, you can collect your tickets from the Guest Services desk any time after your arrival.
