Mickey Balloons

It's been awhile since we purchased one and I'm sure the cost is different than back whenever. What is the going rate for a Mickey Balloon, both the solid color and the flashing ones? Also, do the flashing ones have an 'off' switch? lol They look neat, but I can't imagine having one flash all night long in the resort room.

They do have an off switch. At least the ones we bought Feb 2020 did. Not sure if they've changed.

They have always had an off switch. The trick is getting it to turn off because the switch also has a cycle of changing the flash rate.

In DL they will replace a popped balloon for you for free of you bring the popped balloon to them. Do they do this in WDW too? Sorry to hijack the original question...
